Gentle Fibers contains fibers preferred by Lactobacilli and Bifidobacteria for fermentation and replication. Gentle Fibers is rich in important antioxidant flavonoids from citrus fruits: hesperidin, narigen, limocitrol and others. Gentle Fibers contains a broad spectrum of soluble and insoluble dietary fibers (Insoluble: Cellulose and Hemicellulose; Soluble: Pectin and Mucilage). Gentle Fibers also contains Lignan from flax seed meal.Suitable for vegetarians.

31% Flax Seed Meal - Rich in mucilage and lignan.
30% Rice Bran - Rich in cellulose and hemicellulose.

6% Grapefruit Pulp and Peel - Rich in pectin and the bioflavonoid naringen.
